Bob Revolution Seat Cover & a Little of This & That

I have been wanting to make this stroller seat cover for a while now and I finally got around to it.  I've only used the stroller twice so far.  Once when Sully was a few weeks old I wanted to try going around the block with him in it and I ended up carrying him with one arm while pushing the stroller with the other.  The other time was today, and to my delight he didn't mind it.  However, I kept peeking in the over head window and he was wide awake the whole time.  This baby is so alert, he just loves looking around.  So here is my make shift Bob stroller seat cover.  It has two layers of fabric and a water proof pad inside.  For my first one I think it turned out well.

I am thinking of making more of these.  Do you think anyone would buy it if I sold it on etsy?

Sully and I went on a walk over the weekend and I took a few pictures from that little outing.  We walked to the university's football stadium and did a couple laps around the outside of it.

AND I climbed this monster staircase very carefully.

The view from the top.

This is what Sully looked like after the walk just hanging out in his car-seat for a minute.

  1. Way to go on the exercise! It looks cold there, especially with Sully's sweet little pink face! I'll trade you for this heat!

  3. Hi Megan, I was googling ideas for my new BOB and I came across your post. Could you tell me more about your pattern and what you would do differently? I'd love to make something similar for my BOB and babe! Thanks! uwcaligirl (at) gmail (dot) com.

Congrats on a happy, healthy baby! I'm overdue and ready anytime my Lil Guy wants to come!

    Cheers,

  4. I just saw your post. neat idea!! Would you be willing to share our pattern? I bought a well-loved BOB that will need to have the seat fabric stitched up, and Inthought new covers would be much cheaper than replacing the fabric. Thanks!! Hboycee (at) yahoo (dot) com

Hope you are enjoying your toddler!
